  "text": "In a military power of attorney, the language granting power with respect to commodity and option transactions empowers the agent to do all of the following:\n\n(1) Buy, sell, exchange, assign, settle, and exercise commodity futures contracts and call and put options on stocks and stock indexes traded on a regulated option exchange.\n\n(2) Establish, continue, modify, and terminate option accounts with a broker.\n\nActs 1991 1st E.S., No. 5, §1, eff.
